The Regent House Hotel offers a three-bedroomed garden apartment that sleeps up to six guests.The apartment is well furnished and equipped and has a delightful patio leading off from the living room into a lovely cottage garden.

Accommodation comprises: kitchen, living room, one double room, one twin room and one single room.This garden apartment is totally non-smoking. All beds are made up for your arrival and towels provided.

The apartment is great base from which to explore Edinburgh and is right next door to the Regent House Hotel, where keys can be picked up and dropped off and tourist information provided from our reception. We can also arrange day trips to the Trossachs and the Highlands of Scotland.

Our apartment is situated in the Broughton area, within the famous New Town of Edinburgh, and is only a short walk from Princes Street, the Waverley train station, the bus station and all major attractions. The area is full of cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, galleries and speciality shops.ps
