21 day cancellation policy applies.

• Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival or no shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
• Cancellation made before 21 days upon arrival will be charged with 1 night. In case of 1 night reservations the full amount will be charged.
• We advise all guests to insure against financial losses due to cancellation.

Kindly note that UK debit cards have a £1 fee while all other debit and credit card payments are subject to a £2 fee under £100 payments or 2% fee above £100 payments due to merchant charges. Cash payments are free of charge.

Please note that the luggage storage is free of charge on the day of arrival and departure, and storage is available for an extended period for £10 per luggage per night.

Off-site parking, please note that the parking in front of the hotel is for permit holders only. Multi-storey car park located 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. Parking is free in Edinburgh in the weekends.
